Once our quote is approved, we translate your document and add images, your logo and brand colours. You’ll have opportunities to give feedback along the way.

We can organise user testing if required, then we proof and tag your document for online accessibility before sending final files.

User testing

It’s good practice to involve people with low English literacy in the development of Easy Read services and communications.

We employ people with low English literacy to read documents and give feedback about language, images and layout. Their invaluable feedback ensures the final version of your document is fit for purpose.

If you don’t have access to a customer reference group and would like feedback from one of our ‘Easy Readers’, let us know at the beginning of your project.
